Meet Sam: the new Stacked support bot

As part of our mission, to continuously improve our customer support, we have launched the new Stacked support bot today.

Say hello to Sam 👋

Sam lives inside the live chat facility, which is available 24/7 from the bottom right hand corner, of every page on the Stacked website.

You can ask Sam any questions you like about Stacked and he will do his best, to direct you to helpful articles, resources and videos.

Over the course of time, as we continue to curate more articles, videos and training courses, Sam will get smarter and increasingly more helpful.

Whilst we work to build up our bank of support resources, there may be questions that Sam is not able to answer.

Whenever that is the case, he will refer to you a member of our team, so that we can personally ensure you have all the support you need.

So, when in doubt …. Ask Sam 🙌
